ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tom Lashan is an Australian entrepreneur, author, and former fitness professional with over 30 years’ experience in personal development, business leadership, and health industries. Starting his career in fitness in the early 1990s, Tom became a personal trainer and later founded Mind and Body Fitness in Melbourne, a successful fitness centre still operating today.
His passion for physical wellbeing expanded into nutrition, creating Australian Nutrition and Sports (ANS), a health-focused dairy brand exporting products across Asia. Alongside his work in health, Tom has led land development project in Regional Western Victoria. AustralAsian Solutions, driving business growth and regional development.
Tom’s deep interest in the human mind, meditation, and subconscious programming inspired his book Mind: The Original AI, and its soon-to-follow second volume later in 2025. His writing and teaching aim to help others unlock the untapped power of their mindset to thrive in today’s demanding world.
